Caldwell Partners Recruits COO for LTCG

May 8, 2015 – Caldwell Partners has placed Rob Frederick as the new chief operating officer of LTCG. Jim Bethmann, managing partner and co-leader, TMT & IT services and information security practices, and Peter Reed, managing partner in the global insurance practice, led the assignment.

Mr. Frederick comes to LTCG from Transamerica, a financial service company, providing insurance and investments to more than 19.5 million customers. As president and CEO of its enterprise business services division, he oversaw a staff of over 1,000 and demonstrated his abilities as a proven leader in running large-scale operations, including all aspects of information technology, finance, actuarial and project management departments.

LTCG is a provider of administrative solutions and clinical services to the long term care insurance industry, with nearly two decades of experience in this space.
