Caldwell Partners Posts 33 Percent Revenue Gain; U.S. Up 43 Percent

November 13, 2014 – The Caldwell Partners International Inc. posted fourth quarter revenues of $13.2 million, up 28 percent from revenues of $10.3 million a year ago. Full-year revenues increased 33 percent over 2013 to $45.1 million. Revenue in the U.S. for the quarter was up 36 percent, while Canadian revenues rose 13 percent. For the year, U.S. revenues jumped 43 percent while revenue in Canada increased 16 percent. “In 2009 our revenue was $16 million and came from 27 partners billing an average $0.6 million per partner. Five years later we have collectively attained $45 million in revenue from an average of 32 partners billing $1.4 million per partner. These results represent a 22.8 percent compound annual growth rate since 2009,” said John Wallace, CEO. “The economic tailwinds and favorable market conditions have played a part in this year’s growth, but we also believe this is a concrete testament to the increasing quality of our partner and support teams.” Caldwell Partners, founded in 1970, provides human capital services to its clients through offices and partners in Vancouver, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Calgary, Chicago, Atlanta, Toronto, Stamford, New York City, and a strategic presence in London.
