Caldwell Partners Announces CFO Transition

January 22, 2013 – Executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International Inc. has announced that Karen Richards, the company's chief financial officer, has decided to retire. Ms. Richards joined Caldwell Partners in 1992. "Throughout her 20 years of service to Caldwell Partners, Karen has been a key part of the company's growth and success," said John N. The formal search for a new chief financial officer will begin immediately. Ms. Richards will remain at Caldwell Partners until mid to late February to ensure a seamless transition. Until the search for a new CFO is complete, Caldwell Partners veteran Michael Falagario will manage the finance department to provide continuity of financial strategy. Caldwell Partners, founded in 1970, provides human capital services to its clients through offices and partners in Vancouver, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Calgary, Chicago, Atlanta, Toronto, Stamford, New York City, and a strategic presence in London.
