Buck Consultants Opens Office in Brazil

July 17, 2012 – Buck Consultants, a Xerox company and provider of human resource and benefits consulting, has opened an office in Sao Paulo with the former partners of Triaxes Consultoria Atuarial Ltda., an actuarial consulting firm. Buck and Triaxes have worked as affiliates since 2009. The Sao Paulo office provides retirement plan administration and human resources outsourcing services to 35 clients. Xerox has a strong presence in the Brazilian pension fund administration industry through its 2010 acquisition of ExcellerateHRO and provides services to pension funds of all sizes in Brazil. “With this transaction, clients in Brazil will have access to strengthened service offerings and worldwide expertise,” said Mike Roberts, Buck's president and executive managing director. “It's also further evidence of Buck's continued global growth.” With more than 1,500 professionals worldwide, Buck Consultants was founded in 1916 specializes in the areas of retirement benefits, health and welfare programs, human capital management, compensation, and employee communication.
