Boyden Appoints New Officers

March 20, 2013 – Boyden has named Deborah Gordon as its chief development and learning officer and promoted Breck Armstrong to chief information officer. Ms. Gordon, in her newly created position, will be focused on firm-wide learning and development as well as business improvement including client service, delivery excellence, and talent acquisition and retention. She has spent a significant part of her career at GE, holding a variety of executive positions including program leader in executive education at GE Crotonville — John F. Welch Leadership Development Center. In addition, she was VP of training & organizational effectiveness in a division of GE Capital. Through his consultancy, Mr. Armstrong has managed Boyden's IT systems since 2007. Boyden is an executive search firm with more than 65 offices in over 40 countries.
