Boyden Adds HR Specialist In Pittsburgh

June 28, 2016 – Executive search firm Boyden has added Tracy Grajewski as a partner in its Pittsburgh office.

Ms. Grajewski previously founded Laurel Summit Insights, a consulting firm geared to the business needs of clients undergoing transformation. Before that, she served as senior vice president of human resources at integrated delivery insurer Highmark Health, where she led an organizational redesign in tandem with the integration of a large acquisition. Earlier in her career, she served as VP of human resource operations at Highmark. She also gained experience as a partner at HR consulting firm Mercer and served as senior director of human resources at Merck.

“Tracy’s expertise in change leadership, talent acquisition and executive coaching will reinforce Boyden’s presence both at regional and national levels,” said Thomas Flannery, leader of Boyden’s board services practice in North America and managing partner at Boyden Pittsburgh. “In addition, her previous experience as a senior executive in healthcare and life sciences will bring extremely valuable sector experience to Boyden.”
