BCA, Executive Recruiters Fills Talent Acquisition Post For Nestle Waters N.A.

September 4, 2014 – BCA, Executive Recruiters has placed Erik Matz as head of talent acquisition at Nestlé Waters North America (NWNA). Mr. Matz was previously with ADP and TEKsystems. BCA’s chief executive officer, Joe Gonzalez, led the search. Nestlé Waters North America is the largest bottled water company in the U.S., distributing seven of the top 10 brands in North America. Founded in 1994, BCA is an executive search firm dedicated to the human resources and talent management functions.
