Amrop Adds Four New Partners

December 10, 2012 – Global executive search firm Amrop has added Tim Kemp and Bernard Perry as partners in London, Anne de la Rochebrochard as a partner in Paris and Pavel Stejskal as a partner in Prague. Mr. Kemp has a background in HR and HR transformation across a range of industries including financial services, life sciences, oil and gas and the public sector. He was previously the professional services practice leader at Korn/Ferry International. Mr. Perry focuses on board and senior executive appointments across the manufacturing, engineering and support services sectors. He is also well known for his work in aerospace, defense and homeland security. Ms. de La Rochebrochard has 13 years of experience in executive search, specializing in financial roles. Previously she covered industry executives at Robert Walters in Paris, and then spent five years in London where she was focused in the financial services sector. Mr. Stejskal has held management positions in consumer products companies such as PepsiCo, Colgate-Palmolive and Estée Lauder. His professional practice is focused on executive search and management consulting assignments in the consumer products, biomedical and general management spaces.
