Allegis Partners Launches Board Search Practice

November 1, 2015 – Global executive search firm Allegis Partners has launched a new board recruitment practice. Based in Chicago, Sara Hays joins the firm to co-lead it as a managing director along with Paul Williams, who has been a partner with the firm’s sister company Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA) for the past 10 years.

Allegis Partners’ board search practice partners with boards to recruit director candidates that align with the company’s culture and strategic direction.

Ms. Hays and Mr. Williams bring a combined 20-plus years of experience as public company directors to the practice along with executive leadership experience and corporate governance expertise.

“As Allegis Partners continues to grow, we recognize the need for a comprehensive board search function across publicly traded organizations,” said Greg Richter, the firm’s vice president and global head.

“Organizations are evolving and their priorities are changing.
