Alexander Mann Solutions to be Acquired by New Mountain Capital

November 1, 2013 – New Mountain Capital LLC, a private equity investor, has signed an agreement to acquire Alexander Mann Solutions, a London-based talent acquisition and management business. The transaction is subject to EU Competition Commission approval. New Mountain will support Alexander Mann Solutions to further develop their integrated offering of outsourcing and consultancy services which help international organizations to attract, engage and retain their people.
